Rompus Words Game on Facebook
I am not usually the Facebook game person, matter of fact, I tend to sometimes get very annoyed with all of the farming and carnivals and invites and constant seeds and things I see on my page. I still have several friends on Facebook who play these, and that's fine, I just choose to use my Facebook for other things. (I am sure most of my friends would say they tend to get annoyed from what I post at times too;)
However, I am a video game freak, or I was until I have a few little ones around the house, 1 that isn't in school, so I sure don't play my Tony Hawk or Mortal Kombat games much anymore. (I have 3 years left to wait until I can start doing my sick, wicked, rad tricks again!)
I also love to buy those game books, the letter and number fill ins, and crossword puzzles! I feel like I get a little smarter each time I finish one of those books. Maybe because I am always playing Legos, or piggy back rides, or eating wooden kitchen food that they make for me. Yum!
When I saw the title for this game, Rompus Words, I was interested right from the start! I love words, and reading and crossword puzzles are fun to me so I asked to have the opportunity to review this, even with the fears of becoming addicted.
As you can see from the picture, it is quite the colorful game!
You start out with 5000 credits and you can earn more by inviting friends and by playing daily. The goal of the game is to score as many points as possible in a limited amount of turns.
The words are scored by letter value, and you can check to see how you are doing compared to your friends who are also playing. It is a pretty competitive game, and a lot of fun! It also helps to pass any time if you have any of that:) But it is good to have a break once in a while!
If you don't beat all of your friends this week, the points start back over the next week, and you have a new chance to win!
I do like this game quite a bit, and as for any issues with gameplay, slow play, no problems what so ever.
You can get this game on your Facebook here!
I would recommend this for moms, dads, grandparents, anybody really will have a good time with this game! Especially crossword puzzle fans.
One very fun thing about this game, is my 9 year old, Aaron, also likes to play. So, this is something we can hang out and do together when the other little ones are busy or having a nap. Playing games of any kind, especially ones you can learn from, are always a favorite way for me to spend time with the kiddos. Aaron enjoys it a lot because it is just Aaron and mom:P That was another plus, I remember the little things I did with my mom when I was growing up. Just like Aaron, I had several siblings, so the time we did spend, was unforgettable, even if just for 30 minutes every day.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
